Install GenInspect
Install GenInspect on this device
On a phone or tablet, GenInspect is added to your Home Screen. You do not choose a Downloads folder or save a file.
App address: https://app.geninspect.com.au/app
- Open GenInspect in Chrome or Edge and sign in with your own GenInspect account.
- Select the install icon in the address bar, or find the install option in the browser menu.
- Choose Install GenInspect (or Install this page as an app) and confirm.
- Open GenInspect from your computer’s apps list or its new app shortcut.
Can’t see the install option?
Check your computer’s apps list for GenInspect. If you are using an iPad, choose your iPad browser above; desktop browsing mode can make an iPad appear to be a computer.
If you still cannot install, contact support@geninspect.com.au with your device model, operating-system version, browser and the menu options you see.
First sign-in needs an internet connection. Open the app and the records you need while online before field work.
